Chapter 7: Configuring Conference Scheduler

This chapter describes how to configure standard and optional features for attended,
unattended, on-demand, and Flex conferences.
Unattended services consist of the automated functions and security measures you specify for
conferences not supervised by an operator. Except for the External Passcode Validation
features, all unattended services described in this chapter are standard features. Contact your
Avaya representative for more information on optional features.

warning tones are played during the final 15 minutes of a conference to notify conferees
that a conference is about to end.

moderator and conferee passcodes are validated and conference information is
transferred from an external server.
Working with the Conference Scheduler
The conference scheduler, (BridgeTalk), enables you to schedule and configure settings for
attended, unattended, on-demand, and Flex conferences. Parameter settings specify how long
to retain conference records, the percentage of lines you can overbook, and the number of
available lines for on-demand conferences.
