Managing Annunciator Messages
System Configuration
parameter. This parameter specifies whether or not the system plays a looping "on hold"
message to callers on hold and the frequency with which it is played.
Copying Voice Files
enables you to copy voice files to the appropriate voice directories.
The ACS Managing and Scheduling Conferences Guide describes how to use
BridgeTalk's Record and Update annunciator message features from the operator PC.

Prompt Sets

The system stores twenty-one sets of annunciator prompts from Set0 to Set20 in the /usr2/
Prompts/Set# directory by default.
Note:
The system uses the messages contained in the Set0 directory for all

non-branded calls. Set1 contains the default annunciators.
Each of the twenty one directories contains a messages and a numbers directory:
- all messages
- all numbers
Example directory structure
The messages directory stores the annunciator recording files and the numbers directory
contains the recorded number files.

Initially all twenty-one directories are populated with the annunciator and number files.
Administrators can replace the messages and numbers directories with their own recorded files.
