17.4.5 H19 (Indoor Unit Fan Motor Lock Error)
Troubleshooting
Check if a foreign object is stuck on the fan.
Check for bad connection of the fan motor connector.
Check the resistance between 4 – 1 and between 4 – 5 of the
fan motor connector.
When the power is supplied to the indoor unit, is the following voltage
present between the following connectors of the indoor unit fan motor?
Between 4 – 1 : DC140V or 280V
Between 5 – 4 : DC15V
(Measure the voltage after the fan motor connector is removed from the
board.)
17.4.6 H23 (Indoor Unit Heat Exchanger Temperature Sensor Error)
Check the Resistance of Thermistor.
Diagnosis Procedures and Cause
No foreign object is stuck on the fan
No abnormality is observed
No short-circuit
The above voltage is not present
A foreign object is
stuck on the fan
Disconnection/Imperfect
connection of the connector
Either one is short-circuited
The voltage is present

Measures to be Taken
Fix the problem.
Replace the indoor unit fan motor.
Replace the indoor unit fan motor.
Replace the indoor unit control board.
