P-SERIES
SO (Shift Out)

Selects the printable symbols in the range A0 to FF hex.
CHR$(14);
Data bytes from 20 to 7F hex are printed as the printable symbols in the range
A0 to FF hex.
SOH SO performs the same function as the SO code.
The P-Series SO control code is active for one line only. This control code is
reset by a paper motion control code (LF, VT, etc.), CR, SOH@ (printer re
set), or SI (shift in).
The following sample program illustrates extended and primary character set
selection. The sample printout is shown on two lines in order to fit the page.
