MOTOR
Desconecte el conector (10) del cable aire automático.
Extraiga la protección de goma (11) y desconecte el
conector del cable sensor presión aceite motor.
Desconecte el tubo de vacío (12) del colector aspira-
ción.
Destornille y quite el tornillo (13) y desconecte los dos
cables masa motor.
Desconecte el conector (14) del cable termistor tem-
peratura líquido refrigerante (15).
Desconecte los tres conectores de encendido (16)
(17) (18).

Durante el desmontaje ponga cuidado en no
dañar los tubos, el disco y las pastillas del fre-
no.
Fuerce, con cuidado, el tubo pinza de freno trasero
(19) soltándolo del todo del enganche guardabarros
trasero (20).

No accione la palanca del freno tras haber sa-
cado las pinza de freno; los émbolos de las
pinza podrían salirse de sus sedes causando
la pérdida del líquido frenos.
Destornille y quite los dos tornillos pinza de freno tra-
sero (21).
Par de apriete tornillos pinza de freno:
27 Nm (2,7 kgm).
Saque con cuidado las pinza de freno trasero (22) del
disco freno.
Destornille y quite el tornillo inferior de fijación amor-
tiguador (23).
Par de apriete tornillo inferior de fijación amorti-
guador: 20 Nm (2 kgm).
Gire el amortiguador y sujételo al bastidor.
ENGINE
Disconnect the connector (10) of the automatic air ca-
ble.
Withdraw the rubber protection (11) and disconnect
the connector of the engine oil pressure sensor cable.
Disconnect the vacuum pipe (12) from the suction
manifold.
Unscrew and remove the screw (13) and disconnect
the two earth cables of the engine.
Disconnect the connector (14) of the coolant tempera-
ture thermistor cable (15).
Disconnect the three ignition connectors (16) (17) (18).

Upon reassembly, take care not to damage the
brake pipe, disc and pads.
Carefully exert a light pressure on the rear brake calli-
per pipe (19), releasing it from the rear mudguard cou-
pling (20) completely.

Do not operate the brake lever after removing
the brake calliper; the calliper pins may go out
of their seats, thus causing brake fluid leaks.
Unscrew and remove the two rear brake calliper
screws (21).
Brake calliper screw driving torque:
27 Nm (2,7 kgm).
Remove the rear brake calliper (22), by carefully with-
drawing it from the brake disc.
Unscrew and remove the shock absorber lower fas-
tening screw (23).
Driving torque of the shock absorber lower faste-
ning screw: 20 Nm (2 kgm).
Rotate the shock absorber and fasten it to the frame.
