7.2 RUEDA DELANTERA

7.2.1 DESMONTAJE
Lea con cuidado 1.4 (PRECAUCIONES E INFORMA-
CIONES GENERALES).

Durante el desmontaje/instalación ponga cui-
dado en no dañar los tubos, el disco y las pas-
tillas del freno.
Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete central.

Coloque un soporte por debajo del vehículo,
de manera que la rueda delantera tenga espa-
cio suficiente para moverse libremente y para
evitar la caída del vehículo.
Destornille y quite los dos tornillos (9).
Saque la pinza de freno (10) extrayéndolas con cuida-
do del disco freno.
Afloje el tornillo de la abrazadera perno rueda (11).
Bloquee con una llave hexagonal el perno rueda (12).
Destornille y quite la tuerca (13) y guarde la arandela.
Empuje el perno rueda (12), actuando con cuidado so-
bre la extremidad roscada y utilizando un martillo de
goma si es necesario.

Controle la disposición de los detalles, de las
arandelas y del distanciador, para poder ins-
talarlos correctamente.
Aguante la rueda delantera y extraiga manualmente el
perno rueda.
Extraiga la rueda.
Desconecte la lengüeta del mando taquímetro/cuenta-
kilómetros (14).

No accione la palanca del freno delantero tras
haber extraído la rueda, porque en caso con-
trario el émbolo de la pinza de freno podría sa-
lirse de su sede, causando la pérdida del líquido de
los frenos.
Guarde la arandela y el distanciador.

7.2 FRONT WHEEL
Key:
1) Wheel pin
2) Speedometer control
3) Bearing
4) Inner spacer ring

To carry out the reassembly see 7.2.4 (REASSEMBLY).
7.2.1 REMOVAL
Carefully read 1.4 (PRECAUTIONS AND GENERAL IN-
FORMATION).

While disassembling/reassembling the wheel,
take care not to damage the brake pipe, the
disc and the pads.
Position the vehicle on the central stand.

Place a support under the vehicle, so that the
front wheel has enough space to move and
the vehicle cannot fall down.
Unscrew and remove the two screws (9).
Remove the brake caliper (10), by carefully withdraw-
ing it from the brake disc.
Loosen the screw of the wheel pin clamp (11).
Lock the wheel pin (12) by means of an hexagon span-
ner.
Unscrew and remove the nut (13), taking the washer.
Push the wheel pin (12), by carefully working on the
threaded end and using a rubber hammer if neces-
sary.

Check the arrangement of the parts, washers
and spacer ring, in order to be able to reas-
semble them correctly.
Support the front wheel and extract the wheel pin man-
ually.
Remove the wheel.
Disconnect the tang of the speedometer/odometer
control (14).

Never pull the front brake lever after removing
the wheel, otherwise the caliper piston may go
out of its seat, thus causing the outflow of the
brake fluid.
Take the washer and the spacer ring.
