3) Using long nose pliers or the like, pick
the hook [2], and detach the registration
roller gear [3].
When removing the gear,
be sure to take care not to
break the claw.
4) Slide the reader unit, and open the car-
tridge cover.
5) Remove the 6 screws [4], and detach the
registration roller unit [5].
