-Unire le due flange della pu-
leggia condotta.
-Applicare grasso sui rulli gui-
d a ( A ) e s u i p e r n i d e i r u l l i g u i -
da (B) e successivamente in-
s t a l l a r l i n e i f o r i d e l l a p u l e g g i a
condotta.
-Installare la guarnizione (C).
-Rimuovere il grasso in ecces-
s o .
-Collocare il gruppo puleggia
condotta, la molla della fac-
cia della puleggia condotta e
il gruppo frizione nel compres-
sore molla frizione.
-Allineare la superficie piana
della faccia puleggia condot-
ta alla calotta motrice della
f r i z i o n e .
-Comprimere lo strumento ed
installare il dado calotta mo-
t r i c e .
-Collocare lo strumento in una
morsa e serrare il dado calot-
ta motrice al valore di coppia

-Beide Flanschen der
Abtriebscheibe

-Fett auf die Führungsrollen
(A) und auf die Bolzen der
Führungsrollen (B) auftragen
und anschließend in die
Bohrungen der
Abtriebscheibe einlegen.
-Dichtung (C) einlegen.
-Fettreste entfernen.
-Abtriebscheibe, Feder an der
Flanke der Abtriebscheibe und
Kupplungsgruppe in das
Werkzeug zum
Zusammendrücken der
Kupplungsfeder einlegen.
-Die glatte Oberfläche der
Flanke der Abtriebscheibe der
Antriebsriemenscheibe der
Kupplung gegenüberstellen.
-Das Werkzeug
zusammendrücken und die
Schraubenmutter der
Antriebsriemenscheibe
einsetzen.
-Das Werkzeug in eine
Spannvorrichtung einlegen
und die Schraubenmutter
der Antriebsriemenscheibe
dem vorgegebenen
Anziehdrehmoment
entsprechend festziehen.
