messa in fase.
-Controllare la messa in fase
dell'accensione con una pisto-

-Quando il motore gira ad uno
specifico regime del minimo,
la messa in fase dell'accen-
sione è corretta se il marchio

nea con l'indice presente sul

-V e r i f i c a r e i n o l t r e l ' a n t i c i p o .
Aumentare il minimo a 4000
rpm.

-Scaldare il motore prima della verifica della compressio-
n e .
-Rimuovere il coperchio centrale, il cappuccio della can-
dela e la candela.
-Inserire un manometro.
-Aprire completamente la valvola a farfalla e premere il
bottone di avvio.

Compressione Compressione: 15 ± 2kg/cm² Compressione
Se la compressione è insufficiente:
• Cattiva tenuta delle valvole
• Gioco valvole troppo stretto
• La guarnizione testa-cilindro perde
• Pistoni usurati
• Cilindro/pistone usurati.
Se la compressione è troppo elevata, significa che si sono
formati dei depositi di carbonio nella camera della com-
bustione e sulla testa del pistone.

-Den Motor warm laufen lassen, bevor man die Verdichtung
p r ü f t .
-Den mittleren Deckel abnehmen, Kerzenstecker und
Zündkerze entfernen.
-Einen Manometer einsetzen.
-Drosselklappe vollkommen öffnen und Startknopf
drücken.
Verdichtung Verdichtung: 15 ± 2kg/cm² Verdichtung
Verdichtung Verdichtung
Die Verdichtung ist ungenügend, wenn:
• Mangelnde Abdichtung der Ventile
• Ventilspiel zu eng
• Zylinderkopfdichtung leckt
• Kolben verschlissen
• Zylinder/Kolben verschlissen.
Ist die Verdichtung zu hoch, so bedeutet dies, dass sich
Kohlenstoff im Brennraum und am Kolbenkopf abgelagert

-Stöpsel (A) der
Zündungseinstellung
entfernen.
-Zündungseinstellung mit
einer Stroboskoplampe (B)
prüfen.
-Dreht sich der Motor mit
einer bestimmten
Leerlaufdrehzahl, so ist die
Zündungseinstellung richtig,
wenn die Bezugsmarke "F"
am Schwungrad dem Index
am Gehäuse gegenüber
ausgerichtet ist.
-Zündvorverstellung prüfen.
Leerlaufdrehzahl auf 4000 U/
Min. erhöhen.
