Early warning "Area Mail"
This is a service that you can receive emergency earthquake flash
report etc. delivered by the Meteorological Agency. i-mode
subscription is not required.
Receiving Area Mail
When there is an incoming Area Mail,
notified of reception with blinking light, the dedicated buzzer
alarm and vibrate alert.
Point
･
You cannot receive Area mail during a videophone call or Omakase lock,
while using infrared communication/iC transmission.

You can set if you receive Area Mail.

Phonebook new entry
There are two phonebooks: the FOMA terminal phonebook and the UIM
phonebook. Saving to the FOMA terminal phonebook is explained here.
