PULIZIA FILTRI OLIO
(Fig. 12, 13)
Per la sostituzione completa
dell'olio motore procedere nel
seguente modo:
- mettere il motociclo in
posizione verticale;
- rimuovere la protezione
inferiore del motore previo
smontaggio delle quattro viti (A)
di fissaggio;
- rimuovere il tappo di carico (1)
e il tappo di scarico (2) nel
sottocoppa in modo da
evacuare tutto l'olio motore
(eseguire questa operazione a
motore caldo);
- rimontare il tappo di scarico,
dopo aver rimosso eventuali
particelle dal nucleo calamitato,
e relativa guarnizione;
- per scaricare l'olio contenuto
nel radiatore e nelle tubazioni
del circuito di raffreddamento
olio motore è necessario svitare
il raccordo (3) del tubo di
mandata olio al radiatore;
- svitare poi la vite (4) di fissaggio
della staffa di supporto
superiore radiatore e sfilare
quest'ultimo dal supporto
inferiore;

To change the engine oil:
- put the motorcycle in a vertical
position;
- remove the engine lower
protection after having
removed the four fixing screws
(A);
- remove the oil filler cap (1) and
the drain plug (2) on the
underpan and allow the engine
oil to drain off fully (drain the oil
when the engine is warm);
- remove any particles from the
magnetic core and refit the
exhaust plug and its gasket;
- to drain the oil cooler and in the
piping of the engine cooling
circuit, unscrew union (3) on
the delivery pipe to oil cooler;
- then, unscrew the screw (4)
that fastens the oil cooler upper
bracket and lift the oil cooler
from the lower bracket;
- turn it over and drain oil;
- refit the oil cooler and connect
the delivery pipe;
- add the required amount of oil
through the oil filler (see page
12);

Pour vidanger, il faut:
- mettre la moto parfaitement
droite;
- ôtez la protection inférieure
moteur après avoir ôté les
quatre vis de fixation (A);
- enlever le bouchon de
remplissage (1) et le bouchon
de vidange (2) situé au-dessous
du carter et laisser couler toute
l'huile du moteur (effectuer
cette opération à moteur
chaud);
- Remonter le bouchon
d'évacuation après avoir enlevé
les particules du noyau aimanté
et le joint correspondant;
- pour évacuer l'huile contenue
dans le radiateur et dans les
tubes du circuit de
refroidissement huile moteur il
faut dévisser le raccord (3) du
tube de refoulement d'huile au
radiateur;
- dévisser ensuite la vis (4) de
fixation de la bride de support
supérieure du radiateur et
extraire ce dernier du support
inférieur;

Zum kompletten Wechsel des
Motoröls gehe man wie folgt vor:
- das Motorrad senkrecht
aufstellen;
- den unteren Motorschutz nach
Herausnehmen der vier
Befestigungsschrauben (A)
abnehmen;
- den Öleinfüllverschluss (1) und
den Auslasstopfen (2) am
Gehäuse entfernen, bis das
gesamte Motoröl Austritt (das
bei warmen Motor wechseln);
- Nachdem man eventuell
vorhandene Teilchen aus dem
Magentkern entfernt hat, den
Ablassverschluss und die
dazugehôrige Dichtung wieder
aufmontieren.
- Um das im Kühler und in den
Schläuche des Kühlkreislaufs
enthaltene Motoröl ablassen zu
können, muss man den
Schlauchanschluss der
Ölzufuhr zum Kühler (3)
aufschrauben;
- dann die Befestigungsschraube
aufschrauben und diesen dann
aus der unteren Hamterung
herausnehmen;
