7.1 Washing motor capacitor

(a) Remove the worktop (see 1.1), the plinth and the lower
front panel (see 1.2) and the right side (see 1.4).
(b) In some models: remove the protective cap and detach
the electrical connectors pull the capacitor upwards to
remove it from its seat in the base
(c) In some models: Pull the capacitor upwards to remove
it from its seat in the base and detach the electrical
connectors.

7.2 External feed manifold to the upper spray arm

(a) Remove the worktop (see 1.1), the
plinth and the lower front panel (see
1.2) and the right side panel (see 1.4).
(b) Detach the hose to the heating element
(see 7.8.d).
(c) Working from inside the tub, after
removing the upper basket (see 3.4.a),
remove the plastic coupling ring.
(d) Detach the external manifold from the
internal manifold.
When replacing:
When replacing the manifold, position the O-ring correctly on the manifold and lubricate. Replace the
vibration-damping seal between the manifold and the base.
