The time and date need to be reset dur-
ing commissioning or after a prolonged
time out of use.

Note on automatic testing of the flue gas temperature sensor

Weather-compensated control unit
As soon as the time and date have been
set, the control unit automatically checks
the function of the flue gas temperature
sensor.
The display shows: "Flue gas temp sen-
sor test" and "Active".
Note
If the flue gas temperature sensor is in-
correctly positioned, commissioning will
be cancelled and fault message A3
shown (see page 144).

Constant temperature control unit
Immediately after being switched on, the
control unit automatically checks the func-
tion of the flue gas temperature sensor.
The display shows: "A".
