Note
Mark the motor/flap connecting element on removal to avoid

interchange with the connecting elements of other control mo‐
tors.
In the event of the fault „Upper or lower limit value exceeded",
♦
check the motor/flap connecting element. It must be properly
attached to the motor and there must not be any clearance
between the control motor mount and the connecting element.
Removing
– Remove the dash panel complete with the dash panel cross-
member. ⇒ General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr. 70
– Remove the left footwell vent (driver side).
