Installing the Ribbon Cartridge

Ensure there is a ribbon cartridge (sold separately — see
"Inside Sales" in Section 1 for ordering information and part
number) in the printer before you print and that the ribbon
is fully seated (cartridge makes a distinct "snap" or "click")
with the visible portion of the ribbon straight and even.
