If you have programmed a key on your telephone
as a hold key (

This enables all other parties to retrieve the call on
the assigned line.
Placing a call on hold
Press the Hold key.
A message appears showing which line is on hold;
> make a note of the line number.
If a trunk key has been assigned, the LED flashes
slowly.
Picking up (retrieving) a held call
Precondition: You telephone must be idle.
Press the Program/Service key; the LED lights up.
Scroll to "Retrieve line?" and confirm your selec-
tion.
