Uniform Call Distribution (UCD)

This function can be used to distribute calls in a
team. An incoming call is always routed to the
member of the team (agent) who has had the long-
est period without a call.
The team members may also be working at sepa-
rate locations, for example at the company and at
home.
The teams (call distribution groups) and team
members (agents) are defined by the service tech-
nician.
If you are a member of a call distribution group you
may want to program the relevant keys for using
the various special group functions (
