The charges for external calls can be recorded and
billed in relation to specific individuals, customers
or projects, or as personal calls by using account
codes. The account code is included in the data
printout and can consist of no more than eleven
characters. Depending on the configuration, you
may or may not have to press the # key to conclude
input of the account code (consult System Sup-
port. The account code is not transmitted until the
call is completed.
Precondition: You are conducting an external call
or you want to set up an external call and assign
the charges to an account code. Note: During the
call you do not need to enter the trunk number or
extension number.
Press the Program/Service key.
Scroll to "Account code?" and confirm your selec-
tion.

Enter the code for "Account code."
From this point on, simply follow the user
prompts.
(Enter the account code, and depending on the
configuration, press #; then dial the station num-
ber. Depending on the configuratioin you may also
have to dial the trunk access code prior to the call.)
