Lift otit camshaft O and put aside. Remove ovemrnnin E gear 50 T. O and bearing bush from
crankshaft 0.
Carefully lift crankshaft out of crankcase and store in suitable place. Remove and mark the six
journal bearing halves and the two thrust ring halves. Remove from crankcase prop shaft roller
bearing O along with oil-seal O and retaining ring @. On engine version with vacuum pump,
remove drive gear O, shaft ass'y with ball bearing @ and oil-seal. Take off 7 O-rings 9-2.
I ATTENTION: For longer storage protect all parts against dust and dirt.
5.13) Cleaning:
Generally clean all metal parts, except crankshaft, in gasoline or kerosene. Don't use cold
cleaning- or degreasing agents. Remove remains of sealant with sealant stripper.
A WARMNG:
Caution, be aware of vapours when handling with gasoline and solvents.
Inhalation of these vapours is injurious to your health.
