5.L2) Crankcase
I NOTE:
At splitting of ttre crankcase, remove first the 9 Allen screws M6 followed
by 8 Allen screws M8 and collar nut M8.
If still fitted, i.e. if not been used for engine suspension, remove stud M10 along with distance
sleeves, washers and nuts.
Separate the two crankcase halves, if necessary by applyingpressure at the lugs O. Lift off left
crankcase half (cast mark 'LI').and put aside.
r ATTENTION:
At dis-assembly take care not
to hit the sealing face of the
crankcase by a conrod.
