5.6) Overriinning gear ass'y
Withdraw intermediate gear shaft @ and remove interrnediate gear O and the thrust washers
O 12,5121,5/1 on either side of the gear. Use socket 46 alt (high shank) toremove hex. nut ()
M34x I 5 from crankshaft.
I NOTE:
Hex. nut O has left hand thread!

877 375.The following items, i.e. free wheeling gearO and timing gear26T. placed behind, the
worrn gear O and pump gear @ pressed to camshaft as well as timing gear 52T. O can be removed
only after splining of crankcase.
5.7) Oil pump:
With engine fined to trestle, turn unit so
thatprop gear shows upwards. Remove oil
filter O using grip-band spanner. Undo
fourAllen screws M6x45 @ and take off oil
pump along with three O-rings @.
