Grasp the restraint and move upwards in the direction of

In order to push the headrests downward, press and hold the safety button
in the direction of arrow .

Press in the support in the direction of arrow
Removing/installing
›
Pull the head restraint out of the seat backrest as far as the stop.
›
Press the locking button in the direction of the arrow

the head restraint out.
›
To re-insert the headrest, push it far enough down in the direction of arrow
into the seat backrest until the locking button clicks into place.

›
Pull the head restraint out of the seat backrest as far as the stop.
›
Press the locking button
the same time using a flat screwdriver with a max. width of 5 mm to press
the securing button in opening
›
Remove the restraint in the direction of arrow
›
and pull To re-insert the head restraint, push it far enough down in the direction of
arrow into the seat backrest until the locking button clicks into place.
