To configure the maximum permitted excess burst size of egress port and queue
shaper, use the traffic-shape Interface Configuration mode command.
To disable the shaper, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
queue
traffic-shape burst [
no traffic-shape
Parameters
queue
—(Optional) The queue number to which the shaper is assigned.
committed-burst
bytes. (Range: 128 to 56319 bytes)
Default Configuration
The default shaper burst is 768 bytes.
Command Mode
Interface Configuration (Ethernet, port channel) mode
Example
The following example sets a traffic shaper burst size 9600 bytes:
