Insert/check/replace the central plug (X1)
Check central plug (2), replace defective plug.
Check/replace key switch (S0).
– Pull off top section of the central plug (2).
– Turn key switch (4) to „0" position.
– Remove control panel printed circuit board.
– Remove one connection cable from the key
switch (4).
– Carry out resistance measurement on the key
switch (4).
When switched off the key switch (4) must dis-
play a high-ohm value. When switched on the
key switch (4) must display a low-ohm value.
– If necessary replace the key switch (4).
Check/replace fuse (F1).
Check fuse F1, replace defective fuse. The fuse
is located on the mounting plate of the cleaning
module (A3) (see Chapter 4.7).
Check/replace EMERGENCY OFF but-
ton (S1)
Check the EMERGENCY OFF button (3) analo-
gous to the key switch (4).
Note:
When the EMERGENCY STOP button (3)
is pressed the information „error message"
appears on the display.
