Possible Causes, Descriptions, and Solutions
If "Toner Saver" is selected in the [Print Quality] tab on the printer driver tab,
the entire page will be faded when printed.
See the printer driver's Help.
• PCL 5c/PostScript 3
Select "Thick" for [Type] on the printer driver's [Paper] tab.
• RPCS™
Select "Thick Paper" for [Paper Type] on the printer driver's [Print Set-
tings] tab.
If a specific color is missing, turn the main power switch off and on. If this
does not solve the problem, contact your sales or service representative.
See the printer driver's Help.
If the printer driver is configured to use the graphics command, the graph-
ics command from the machine is used to print.
If you want to print accurately, set the printer driver to print without using
the graphics command.
See the printer driver's Help.
Print areas differ depending on the machine used. Information that fits on
a single page on one machine may not fit on a single page of another ma-
chine.
Adjust the [Print Area] settings in the printer driver.
See the printer driver's Help.
