ENGINE OIL REPLACEMENT

11.Install:
Dipstick
12.Warm up the engine for 5 minutes or
more, and stop it.
13.Inspect:
Oil leaks
Oil level
14.Inspect:
Oil flow

Inspection steps:
Slightly loosen the oil gallery plug 1 in
the cylinder head.
Start the engine and keep it idling until oil
begins to seep from the oil gallery plug. If
no oil comes out after one minutes, stop
the engine immediately so it will not
engine stick.
Restart the engine after solving the prob-
lem(s), and recheck the oil pressure.
Tighten the oil gallery plug to specifica-
tion.
Oil gallery plug:
7 Nm (0.7 m • kg, 5.1 ft • lb)

Rear brake
