REAR FENDER
Installation
Reverse the "Removal" procedure.
Note the following points.
1.Install:
Rear fender 1
Bolt 2 (rear fender and frame):
7 Nm (0.7 m • kg, 5.1ft • lb)
Bolt 3 (rear fender and rear foot-
rest plate):
7 Nm (0.7 m • kg, 5.1ft • lb)
2.Install:
Battery 1
Battery breather hose 2
Battery bracket 3
CAUTION:
When installing the battery, be sure the
breather hose is routed correctly. Refer to
the "BATTERY INSPECTION" section.
3.Install:
Starting circuit cut-off relay 1
Starter relay 2
4.Connect:
Battery leads (positive and negative)
WARNING
Connect the positive lead 3 first.
5.Install:
Seat 1
NOTE:
Insert the lobes 2 on the seat front into the
receptacle 3 on the frame, then push down
the seat at the rear.
