Intercom Call Back
Feature 91
The Intercom Call Back feature is used to queue for an extension that may be busy or
unattended.
The next time the extension, with an active call back queued becomes idle, this feature
will automatically ring the telephone that initiated the Call Back. When the initiator
presses the speaker key or lifts the handset, the extension with the queued Call Back
will automatically begin ringing.

Conditions
1. An Extension can initiate one Call Back
2. No one Extension can have more than five Call Backs queued at one time.
Intrusion - Extension (Barge-In)
If Intrusion is allowed, an extension can join an active call by accessing the
extension's DSS/BLF. This feature can be very effective for observing or training new
personnel or anytime multiple people may want to be on one active call.

1. Your extension must have Intrusion Active set to Y (yes) for this feature to oper-
ate.
2. An Intrusion Tone will be presented to all parties when Intrusion is invoked exten-
sions and CO Lines.
