Extension Groups (Internal Page Groups)
Extension Groups are used to group extension that have something in common, such
as a sales group, so that they receive the same group pages and announcements. There
are eight extension groups; an extension can only be a member of one Group.

Conditions
1. Extensions may be assigned to only one Extension Page Group.
2. Pages are heard over the speaker of an idle digital extension.
3. Busy extensions, extensions in DND, and extensions that have invoked Page
Deny, at their extension will not receive page announcements.
4. Extensions that are receiving page announcements are busy for other intercom
calls.
5. Extensions that are receiving page announcements will show busy on DSS/BLF
keys at other extensions.
Extension Password / Phone Lock
Feature 97
Each extension has a User Password which is needed to access certain features such
as; Follow Me Forward, Authority Code, and Phone Lock features.

Conditions
1. Each extension can customize their password at any time.
2. The password of the extension that is programmed as the attendant, becomes the
"Attendant Password".
