This parameter delays the extension from ringing until this timer expires. Once
expired, the first Audible ring and the incoming Caller ID is presented to the extension
simultaneously.

International Prefix
MBC - 3-26
This parameter is a Caller ID feature that affects calls placed using the CID data
received. To dial back a number that originated outside of the country where the
system is installed an international prefix must be dialed. The International Prefix
must be programmed here so that the system can dial this prefix automatically when a
user uses CID callback operation.

This parameter is a Caller ID feature that is programmed with the country code where
the system is installed (The USA code = 01.)

Long Distance Prefix (System Prefix)
MBC - 3-28
This parameter is a Caller ID feature that is programmed with the code required at the
installed location to make long distance calls (In the United States the entry will be 1).
When CID calls from a location that are long distance are dialed back, the prefix
programmed here is pre-inserted before the collected digits are dialed.
