Flash ROM Software Update

Save/Download your KSU database (refer to "Database UPload/Download Routine" in
Appendix F of the Programming and Operations Manual), then perform the following steps to
update Flash ROM Software.
1. Connect a terminal to I/O Port 1 on the MPB, then press <Enter> several times until the
following system data displays:

Eng. V1.00 P0X-FFFF DATE:MM/DD/YY TIME: 11:10:27
ENTER PASSWORD:
2. At the ENTER PASSWORD: prompt, type config.
3. Press <Enter>, the following maint> prompt will display:

4. Type u to select "upload/download flash rom software" option, then press <Enter>. The
following will display:
Enter password>
5. Type the remote admin password (3226vodavi = default password), then press <Enter>.
The following command options and system prompt will display:

The password characters will not display on the screen as the password is
being typed.
