In the Input Routing window, assign AD12 (the microphone input) to channel 1. Then assign AD1 (the
left side of the stereo source signal) to channel 3, and AD2 (the right side of the stereo source signal) to
channel 4. Finally, assign Slot 1, tracks 1 - 8, to channels 17 - 24. Then assign NC (No Connect) from
the MISC Source menu to channel 2 and to channels 25 - 32; this is to eliminate duplicate (multed) rout-
ings of AD2 and Slot 1, tracks 1 - 8. The Input Routing window should now look like this: (See Figure 3)
This layout will place the microphone input on fader 1 and the stereo source input on faders 3 and 4. The mul-
titrack returns from Slot 1 will appear on faders 17 - 24.

Go to the Snapshot window and press the NEW button in order to create a new snapshot. Using the
touchscreen keyboard or an externally connected keyboard, name it "Tutorial 1"

Go to the Title Manager window and press the SAVE button in order to save the current Title to Flash
Memory.
