/NEAR END Signal from the Low Paper Sensor. Goes Low when Paper is low in the
SENS 1 Paper Tray
P/H UNIT IN Signal from the P/H UNIT. Goes? when the MBF is extended
SW1 Signal from the Size witch. Goes Low when SIZE 1BIT of Size witch is actu-
ated
SW2 Signal from the Size witch. Goes Low when SIZE 2BIT of Size witch is actu-
ated
SW3 Signal from the Size witch. Goes Low when SIZE 3BIT of Size witch is actu-
ated
SW4 Signal from the Size witch. Goes Low when SIZE 4BIT of Size witch is actu-
ated
• Paper size detection with SIZE 1BIT to SIZE 4BIT signals
The Print Engine Controller PWB reads the On and Off states of the Paper Size Switches
through the SIZE 1BIT to SIZE 4BIT signal lines. The Paper Size Switches are denoted by
SW1 to SW4 in the top-to-bottom order. "1" indicates On (actuated state), and "0" Off (deactu-
ated state).
