Input only
4-bit input/output port
Input/output is specifiable bit-wise. When
used as the input port, it is possible to connect
a pull-up resistor by software.

8-bit input/output port
Input/output is specifiable bit-wise.
When used as the input port, it is possible to connect a pull-up resistor
by software.
Port 3
8-bit input/output port
Input/output is specifiable bit-wise.
When used as the input port, it is possible to connect a pull-up resistor
by software.

A maximum of 7 out of 8 ports can drive LEDs directly.
