PISTON
● Place a cloth beneath the piston and remove the pis-
ton circlip ① with a long nose pliers.
● Remove the piston pin ② and piston ③ .
● Remove the piston pin bearing ④ .
KICK STARTER
● Remove the kick starter lever ⑤ .
● Remove the clutch cover ⑥ .
● Remove the kick starter shaft spring ⑦ and kick
starter shaft ⑧ .
KICK STARTER DRIVEN GEAR
● Remove the E-ring ⑨ with the long nose plier.
● Remove the spacer ⑩ , spring ⑪ and kick starter
driven gear ⑫ .
