Cheese and Ham Filled Potatoes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:

medium sized potatoes
100 g
ham, finely diced
3 tablespoons
snipped chives
40 g
butter

grated Cheddar cheese 125 ml

Method:
Place potatoes on a dinner plate. Coon on HIGH for
5 to 7 minutes. Allow to stand for 4 minutes. Cut off
tops of potatoes and scoop out filling. Mash filling
with remaining ingredients. Spoon filling into
potatoes. Cook on HIGH for 3 to 5 minutes.
To Cook by Microwave:
Cook on HIGH for 6 to 8 minutes.
To Cook by One Touch Cooking:
Press

To Complete:
Allow to cool slightly. Cut top off potatoes and scoop
out pulp from centre, leaving 1 to 2 cm in shell.
Mash pulp and combine with remaining ingredients.
Spoon filling back into potato shells. Place potatoes
in a 2-litre casserole dish. Cook on HIGH for
4 minutes.

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
500 g
potatoes, peeled
and quartered

water

grated cheese

pinch of nutmeg
Method:
Place potatoes and water into a 2-litre casserole
dish. Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 to 10 minutes.
Drain. Mash potatoes with a potato masher. Add
remaining ingredients except nutmeg. Mix well. Cook
on HIGH for 1 minute, sprinkle with nutmeg. Stir well
before serving.
Duchess Potatoes

Ingredients:

peeled and quartered
potatoes

egg, lightly beaten

cream

salt and white pepper
Method:
Place potatoes and water in a 2-litre casserole dish.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 10 to 12 minutes. Drain
well and mash. Preheat oven on Grill 2. Add egg
and cream, mix until smooth. Season to taste with
salt and pepper. Grease a round baking tray with
melted butter. Place potato mixture into a piping bag
and pope mixture in approximately 5 cm circles on
the baking tray. Cook on Grill 2 for 5 yo 7 minutes.
Mini Baked Potatoes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
500 g
halved chat potatoes
oil
for brushing
1 tablespoon
dried thyme
Method:
place potatoes in a shallow dish. Brush with oil, and
sprinkle with thyme. Cook on GRILL 1 for 20
minutes. Turn over and rearrange. Cook on Grill 1 for
another
20 minutes.
