Method:
Preheat a browning dish on HIGH for 5 to 7 minutes.
Flatten chicken fillets and press pepper onto each
fillet. Add butter and garlic to browning dish with
chicken and cook on MEDIUM-HIGH for 6 to
8 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Remove
chicken and add mustard, lemon juice and cream to
dish, stir well. Replace fillets into dish and cook on
MEDIUM-HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes.

Method:
In a 2 litre dish mix all the ingredients.
Set on MEDIUM HIGH for 12 to 15 minutes.
Turn over. Stir. Set MEDIUM HIGH for 15 minutes.
