This command conforms to the IEEE 488.2 standard requirements.
WAI
prevents the instrument from executing any further commands
or queries until the No Pending Operations Flag is set true. This
is a mandatory command for IEEE-488.2 but has little relevance
to this instrument as there are no parallel processes requiring
Pending Operation Flags.
