Note 1: If user function 17:MEM./FEEDER SW. has been set to FEED
and you are sending a delayed fax to a single location, your
document remains on the document feeder until your
programmed date and time. This prevents you from sending
further faxes until your delayed fax has been sent.
Note 2: If user function 17:MEM./FEEDER SW. has been set to MEM
and you are sending a delayed fax to a single location, your
document is scanned into memory. When the programmed date
and time is reached, your document is sent.
10. Repeat the above procedure if you want to send another delayed
fax. Please note that you can only program a maximum of five
delayed transmissions into the memory of your fax machine.
Sending delayed faxes to groups and/or multiple
individual locations
1.
Load your document.
2.
Press the Select Function key.
3.
Press the 1/Delayed TX One Touch key. The display shows
DELAYED TX DATE and today's date.
Press the ! YES key and go to Step 7 if transmission is to occur

press the NO " key. The display shows DELAYED TX DATE [ / ]

Chapter 5 - Advanced Operations
Press the One Touch key. If display asks for confirmation of your
selection, press the Start key.
Press Auto Dial key, then enter two digit Auto Dial code number on
the numeric keypad. If display asks for confirmation of your
selection, press the Start key.
Dial as you would on a normal telephone and press the Start key. If
the ISDN G4 option is fitted, the fax machine shows the current
transmission mode G3 or G4. To select the current setting, press the
! YES key. To change the current setting, press the NO " key first
and confirm this new setting with the ! YES key.
