Close the flap.
Cardstock (Hagaki)
IMPORTANT: How to load envelopes (orientation and
facing) will differ depending on the type of envelope. Be
sure to load it in correctly, otherwise printing may be
done in the wrong direction or on the wrong face.
NOTE:
select the envelope type by referring to MP Tray
Settings on page 6-28.
When loading the cardstock, open the paper
stopper shown in the figure.
For landscape form envelopes, close the flap.
Insert the envelope all the way along the width
guides, keeping the printing side face-down and
the edge with the flap facing towards you.
For portrait form envelopes, close the flap. Insert
the envelope all the way along the width guides,
keeping the printing side face-down and the edge
with the flap facing the insertion slot.
