Checkpoints
The toner container is not
set properly.
The toner container is not
tapped or shaked properly.
This message is displayed
when a malfunction due to
noise or the like or a
communication error
during printer processing
has occurred.
Periodic maintenance is
required to keep this
machine in good condition.
No toner remains.
Corrective Actions
Set the toner container properly.
Tap and shake the new toner
container without spilling the toner,
and install it again.
Follow the procedure below.

Turn the main power switch off. If
printer output is being performed,
cancel printing on the computer.

Wait more than five seconds and
then turn the main power switch
on ( | ). The error is cleared. If
printing has been performed,
perform output again.
Contact your service representative
or authorized service center
immediately.
Replace the toner container to add
toner.
