Replacing the Sensors
High and Low Level Sensors
1. Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure on page 20.
2. Disconnect the level sensor assembly (46) con-
nector from its mating connector. See Fig. 107.
3. Loosen the jam nut and unscrew the level sensor
assembly (46) from the sensor housing (47). Install
the new sensor assembly. Tighten the sensor until
it bottoms out, then tighten the jam nut.
4. Connect the sensor assembly to the correctly
labeled mating connector (CA).

Service
Temperature Limit Sensors
1. Drain the reservoirs completely.
2. Disconnect the level sensor assembly (513) con-
nector from its mating connector (CA).
3. Remove the sensor assembly (513) from the
reservoir. Install the new sensor assembly.
4. Connect the appropriate labeled connector to the
sensor.
