Feed Pump Alarm Time (Optional)

Default Setting: 1 minute
Purpose
For use in spray mode with systems using feed
pumps. If the feed pumps run longer than the set
time, the control will turn off the pumps and sound an
alarm. Under normal conditions, the feed pumps run
until the fluid reaches the reservoir full level sensors.
This setting helps avoid running out of fluid if there is
a problem with the feed pumps.
Access
In setup level 4, press key 4 on the keypad to access
the Feed Pump Alarm Time function.
Keypad Display
The key 4 light is green and 4 appears in the keypad
setup level position. See Fig. 68.
System Schematic Panel
The feed pump lights blink. See Fig. 69.
Changing Values
The default setting is based on the feed pump having
twice the flow rate of the Premier production flow rate.
Press the arrow keys to change the feed pump alarm
time.
NOTE: Undersized feed pumps can cause an alarm.
Increasing the time value slightly can eliminate the
alarm but you may risk overfilling the reservoirs if the
full level sensor fails or running the reservoirs dry if the
feed pumps cannot keep up with the fluid demand.
