Low Pressure Sensor Check

1. Check that the sensor reads 13–15 psi (90 kPA,
0.9 bar) when the sensor is removed from the
housing.
2. Switch the wire connection with the low pressure
sensor that operates. See Service, page 90.

Cause/Solution
Clean reservoir fluid filters. See Care
of the System, page 75.
Check low pressure sensor connec-
tions. See Service, page 90.
Check the low pressure setting. Ad-
just the setting to a normal pressure
for the material being pumped. See
Setup, page 56, to determine the
pressure alarm levels.

a. If the sensor operates with the other connec-
tion and reads 13–15 psi (90 kPA, 0.9 bar) ,
there is a problem with the wire connections or
circuit board.
b. If the sensor does not operate with the other
connection and does not read 13–15 psi (90
kPA, 0.9 bar), the sensor has failed and needs
replacement. See Service, page 90.
