Pressure Sensors

When key 3 is pressed to read pressure, the key 3
light will turn green, the schematic light for the pres-
sure Sensor being read will blink, and the pressure
reading for that Sensor will display on the keypad. The
pressure readings will be in psi, MPa, or bar, depend-
ing on what was entered during setup.
For example: In Fig. 27, the High Pressure A light is
blinking so the display in Fig. 26 would show the
pressure reading for High Pressure A.
There are five pressure readings that can be shown on
the keypad display. Press the keypad arrow keys
(
) to toggle through the pressure readings. The
readings will appear in the following order when using
the up ( ) arrow key:
Low Pressure A (if option installed)
Low Pressure B (if option installed)
High Pressure A
High Pressure B
High A and B Pressure Differential
Fig. 27 shows the location of the schematic lights for
the first four pressure readings. The display of the
pressure differential readings is indicated on the sche-
matic by both the High Pressure A and High Pressure
B lights blinking at the same time, as represented in
Fig. 28.

Pressure Differential

Fig. 28

Low Pressure A or B (Optional)

In Spray Mode Only: If the pressure for A or B drops
below the minimum inlet pressure level entered during
setup, the system will shut down, the schematic Low
Pressure A or B light will turn red, and the key 3 light
will activate.

High Pressure A or B

If the pressure for A or B exceeds the maximum
pressure level entered during setup, the system will
shut down, the schematic High Pressure A or B light
will turn red, and the key 3 light will activate.
Pressure Differential
In Spray Mode Only: If the maximum pressure differ-
ential between proportioning pump A and B is
exceeded, the system will shut down, the High Pres-
sure A and B lights will both turn red, and the key 3
light will activate. The maximum pressure differential is
entered during setup.
