Work Life Time
CAUTION
A backup system for tracking how long mixed mate-
rial has been in the system is imperative. Do not rely
on the work life time alarm alone.
When key 7 is pressed to display the remaining work
life time, the key 7 light turns green, and the schematic
work life time light blinks. See Fig. 33 and 34.
If the work life time that was entered in setup is
exceeded, the Work Life Time light will turn red and an
alarm will sound.
NOTE: The work life timer starts counting when the
Premier pump stops cycling. The timer resets to zero
after the Premier cycles again. Since the system does
not measure volume, there are instances where the
material work life time could expire without an alarm
occurring. For example, when the proportioner is set to
recirculate, the work life timer will be reset even though
mixed material has not moved from the lines.
NOTE: The work life time alarm may be disabled if
desired, by setting the work life timer to 0 minutes. See
page 54.
