System Schematic Panel

Refer to Fig. 18. The System Schematic Panel is a
representation of the SuperCat system. The 17 lights
indicate active operator keypad functions (blinking
green light), pump activation (constant green light),
and alarm conditions (constant red light). The blinking
lights provide a quick reference as to what information
the keypad is displaying.
There are four keys on the schematic that can be
pressed in Manual Mode to activate the Premier pump,
solvent pump, and if used, feed pumps A and B.
The solvent pump key is the one pump key that is
operational in both Manual and Spray Modes.
The solvent pump will run until the amount of
solvent entered in Setup Mode is supplied.
In Manual Mode, the feed pumps run until the fluid
reaches the full level sensor or the feed pump time
limit has elapsed.
In Manual Mode, the Premier pump runs as long as
the Premier pump key is held and stops when the
key is released.
