Adjusting the Height Range for the Non Flip Back Two Point Arms
NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 5.5 on page 26.
Converting from High Arm Height Range to Low Arm Height Range
NOTE: The mounting positions of the front and rear arm sockets used to obtain the high arm height range will now be mounted on the
opposite side of the wheelchair in the inverse position to obtain the low arm height range.
1.
Remove rear arm sockets and front arm sockets. Refer to Remove/Install Non Flip Back Two Point Arms on page 21.
2.
Install rear arm socket on right side backrest bracket as shown.
3.
Secure rear arm socket to backrest bracket with two mounting screws, washers, and locknuts. Tighten securely.
4.
Install front arm socket on right side seat rail as shown.
5.
Secure front arm socket to seat rail with mounting screw(s) and locknut(s). Tighten securely.
6.
Repeat STEPS 2‐5 for left side of wheelchair.
Converting from Low Arm Height Range to High Arm Height Range
NOTE: The mounting positions of the front and rear arm sockets used to obtain the low arm height range will now be mounted on the
opposite side of the wheelchair in the inverse position to obtain the high arm height range.
1.
Remove rear arm sockets and front arm sockets. Refer to Remove/Install Non Flip Back Two Point Arms on page 21
2.
Install rear arm socket on left side backrest bracket as shown.
3.
Secure rear arm socket to backrest bracket with two mounting screws, washers, and locknuts. Tighten securely.
4.
Install front arm socket on left side seat rail as shown.
5.
Secure front arm socket to seat rail with mounting screw(s) and locknut(s). Tighten securely.
6.
Repeat STEPS 2‐5 for left side of wheelchair.
