To install kit nos.1164327, 1163914 and 1163917, perform the following procedures in order:
A. Remove Foot Tilt Lock Out (if applicable.)
B. Remove Existing Foot Tilt Release Pedal and Existing Connecting Link
C. Installing Vent Tray Attaching Components
D. Install Foot Tilt Release Pedal and New Connecting Link
E. Install Foot Tilt Lock Out (if applicable).
Remove Foot Tilt Lock Out
NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 11.5.
1. Remove the mounting screw, nylon washer, washer and locknut that secures the foot tilt lockout release pedal to the
wheelchair frame.

Remove Existing Foot Tilt Release Pedal and Existing Connecting Link
NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 11.6, FIGURE 11.7, and FIGURE 11.8 on page 102.
1. Remove the 1 inch mounting screw, two nylon spacers, spacer, and locknut that secures the connecting link to the foot
tilt release pedal (FIGURE 11.6).
