Adjusting the Seat Depth (Wheelchairs Built After 4/5/2010)

Removing Backrest Brackets/Back Cane Assembly
NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 9.6 on page 93. and FIGURE 9.7 on page 94
1. Remove the arms. Refer to Arms on page 31 of the owner's manual, p/n 1154295.
2. Remove the back upholstery or seating system.
NOTE: Before performing STEP 3, removing the seat pan, take note of the mounting orientation of the seat pan (i.e. flush mount or drop
mount) for proper re‐installation.
3. Remove the seat pan. Refer to Remove the Seat Pan (Wheelchairs Built After 4/5/2010) on page 83.
4. Review FIGURE 9.6 on page 93 to determine which mounting holes in the seat rail are needed for the desired seat depth.
